The real, actual DELEGATES are most likely all long-term committed GOP people (because they are extensively involved in the organization) but they are not necessarily Mittbots.
In other words, they all most likely voted for Sarah Palin in 2008!!!
Maybe that’s the Big Sarah plan all along: go directly to the “non-Romney” delegates on the one hand and the American People on the other, squeezing out the GOPe in the process. Make the Tampa convention as interesting and dramatic as possible. Then the choice is clearly between Supreme Ambition on the one hand, i.e., Mitty, and a very real and popular Draft Option on the other…

Good morning all! I have also been hangin back a little bit the past week…with Easter and family stuff, along with life itself, it’s been busy. And a big part of me has felt exactly how Firelight and others here expressed earlier this week about this election, so my natural defense is distance.

However, I’ve been keeping up with events here and want to say first: Firelight–congrats on finding your answer!! I’m sure it’s a relief to have answers, even if it means surgery. Good luck!
Second, Gov Palin’s call in to Levin yesterday was fun and yet interesting as heck, especially the talk of not wanting to get her in “trouble”…and now this Breitbart.com interview where she alludes to Ailes and his idiotic comments…here’s the last bit:

BNN: Governor, many people were disappointed that you decided not to run for president this year, but are still hoping that you might one day run for the White House in the future. Roger Ailes was recently quoted as saying, “Sarah Palin had no chance to be President.” What do you make of that?

Gov. Palin:  Interesting. I haven’t heard all of his remarks, but I wonder if Roger is aware that the same thing was said about me when I ran for city council, mayor, and eventually governor. No doubt many people who are told they can’t do something will work that much harder, and they succeed. Maybe you guys should send him a copy of Steve Bannon’s “The Undefeated.” The theme of Steve’s film isn’t about me, but about the idea of not letting others dictate one’s path in life and never giving up when you’re fighting for something precious like our exceptional nation and our children’s futures. So, would you send a copy of “The Undefeated” to Mr. Ailes?”

Morning all………..a hazy, cool 73 degree day in the great desert Southwest…It was good seeing the Gov. on Hannity, but couldn’t Sean shut the hell up, just a little. Rep. Paul Gosar spoke at our Tea Party meeting last night…overflow crowd………..I got a real lesson in why they have to raise the budget ceiling all the time….Obama wants the congress to shut down the Govt, so that he can win the election…….Harry Reid stalls every bill in the senate, so the Repubs. are caught between a rock and a hard place….Gosar not only wants Eric Holder impeached, but in jail…We need to elect more tea party candidates to take controll of the senate……have a great day and be safe……..and carefull, Leatherchest is out there somewhere….
